Rules & Policies

Auto-Enrollment / Session Registration:

  • All sessions run on a 6-week basis – With the exception of Fall Session 3 being 3 Weeks

  • To cancel enrollment, we must be notified by email: office@northshoregymnastics.com, by the end of the third week of the current session (with the exception of Fall Session 3, we must be notified by the end of the 1st week).

  • Each student’s enrollment will automatically be rolled over to the following session unless we are notified otherwise.

  • Tuition for Auto Enrollment is charged at the start of Week 4 of each session. With the exception of Fall Session 3 being charged the start of Week 2.

  • Refunds after the Auto Enrollment will be assessed a 20% Admin Fee.

  • Families that join mid-session will be pro-rated for the classes missed.

Open-Enrollment:

  • Enrollment opens for the following session the beginning of the 4th week of the current session (with the exception of Fall Session 3 beginning the 2nd week).

  • Families cannot enroll for the following Session until the Open Enrollment Date.

Make Up Policy

At NGC we understand that “life happens” and either a student or family member gets sick, or possibly has another obligation come up and they are unable to attend class.

With availability, we do offer (1) Make Up Token per Session to be used for a missed class, in the same or similar class signed up for.

Please note that space/availability in a Make Up Class is not guaranteed.

  • Make Up Classes/Tokens are not available for the following missed classes:

    • Pre-Team

    • Xcel

    • Developmental Levels

    • Open Gym

    • Previously Scheduled Make Up Classes

  • A Make Up Token will automatically be generated for a missed class.

    • Make Up Tokens will expire within 45 Days of receiving the Token. Once expired, the Make Up is no longer valid.

    • Make Up Tokens are used through the “My Account” tab in the Parent Portal to request a Make Up Class - Which would then be approved by the Office for use.

    • Due to Limited Space - Make Up Classes may only be scheduled 7 days in advance.

    • NGC will not pro-rate, refund, or credit accounts for missed classes, or missed/expired Make Up Tokens. No Exception

      ** Make Up may also be made in any Open Gym **

Refund Policy

Class Refund

  • Notification after the Auto Enrollment Charge will result in a Refund minus a 20% Admin Fee.

  • Notification after the first day of a Session will not be refunded as we have reserved your space in class.

  • Gym Closures due to inclement weather will result in an account credit.

  • Credits on account will expire within 1 year if not used.

Camp Refund

  • Notification prior to start of Camp will result in a Refund minus a 20% Cancellation Fee.

  • Notification less than 7 days prior to start of Camp is Non-Refundable.

  • Gym Closures due to inclement weather will result in an account credit.


Additional Info & Rules

Observing Classes

  • Weather permitting, garage doors will be open to facilitate family viewing.

  • Indoor viewing may only take place from our upstairs mezzanine area (right side staircase through hallway).

  • Parents must stay upstairs in the viewing area during the entirety of class. NO PARENTS ON THE FLOOR OTHER THAN PARENT TOT.

Additional Information

  • No gum, food or drinks are allowed on the gym floor

  • Jewelry should not be worn during any class.

  • If for any reason participation is restricted, please inform the instructor before class begins.

  • Long hair should be pulled back, away from the face, with a hair tie.

Discounts

  • 10% sibling discount on the lesser of the tuitions

  • 10% multi class discount

Trials

  • Trials can only be scheduled 2 days prior to the class the family would like to attend

  • Trials must immediately call and/or stop at the front desk after the trial class to sign-up. We do not hold spots for enrollments after the trial class is completed.

  • NO TRIALS IN SATURDAY CLASSES

Skill Evaluations

  • Students are evaluated in the 3rd week of each session

  • Skill charts can be viewed in the Parent Portal

    • My Account

    • “Evaluates” under student’s name

Online Enrollment

  • Enroll online through the Parent Portal link at northshoregymnastics.com

  • Make an account/Log in

  • Select “Booking”

  • For classes – choose “Find a class”

  • For extra events – select the tab

  • To update payment info

    • My account

    • Scroll down to “Payments”

    • Select “Edit payment info”


CAMPS:

Camp Policies

Athlete Arrival:

  • Arrive 5 minutes prior to your registered Class or Camp Start Time.

  • Check-In at front entry

  • Following Check-In, sanitize your hands and place your belongings in cubbies.

  • Sanitization Stations are located throughout the facility for athlete’s convenience.

Athlete Departure:

  • Athletes will gather up belongings from cubbies and sanitize their hands.

  • NO Student will be released into the parking lot alone or unsupervised.

  • Athletes will be picked up at the FAR LEFT GARAGE DOOR (Left Side while facing Entry Door).

**Camp Specific:

  • Camp Students ONLY will Sign In and Sign Out at the Front Doors each day upon arrival & departure

  • Please bring a change of clothes for the younger campers.

  • All campers should bring a water bottle and snack (all Day Campers will need to pack a lunch).

Camp Refund Policy

  • Notification at least 7 days from first day of camp - full refund, less 20% admin. fee

  • Notification less than 7 days from first day of camp - 50% refund

  • Notification after first day of camp - no refund
