FAQ’s

Q:  Do I have to start classes at the beginning of the session or can I start mid-session?

A:  New students can start anytime.  All of our classes run on 6-week sessions, with the exception of preschool 1 and middle school/high school classes, which run on a punch card system.  If you start during the session, we will gladly pro-rate your tuition.

Q:  What is the annual registration fee and does it follow the calendar year or is it a year from when I start?
A:  The annual registration fee covers administrative costs and insurance.  Your annual registration is good for 1 year - beginning on the date the fee is paid. The registration fee is not required for camps, clinics, open gyms, parents night outs or indoor playground.

Q:  How does my child progress through the beginning levels?
A:  Generally it takes about 1 school year to progress from one level to the next.  Coaches will inform the child’s parent when they are ready to move up.  You are welcome to talk to your child’s coach before or after class regarding class placement and your child’s progress.

Q:  How much emphasis do you put on putting recreational gymnastics into the competitive program?
A:  We offer the best of both worlds!  We have a successful and progressive recreation program that allows children of all ages (9 months to 18 years) to grow, succeed and have fun without joining our competitive program.  However, if you are interested in having your child compete in girls gymnastics, we have competitive teams ranging from J.O. Level 3-Level 10 and Xcel levels Bronze-Diamond.

Q:  When is tuition due?
A:  All enrollment payments are on an autopay basis-credit cards will be billed for tuition at the time of registration and per the billing session schedule.

If you will be discontinuing classes, we must receive an email on or before the end of the second week in the current session. If written request to discontinue classes is not received by the end of the second week in a session, we assume you are continuing in the next session and your credit card will be charged. There is no refund on charged tuition..
