Saturday April 25 and Sunday April 26, 2009

Northshore Gymnastics Center is looking forward to your participation in the 2009

Level 4 State Championships.  You will find all necessary information on the meet listed below.

 

MEET SITE:    Inglemoor High School

                        15500 Simonds Rd NE

                        Kenmore, WA 98028

 

DIRECTIONS TO MEET SITE:

            FROM THE NORTH:  I-5 south to 405 south.  Take the NE 124th St exit.  Turn right onto NE 124th St., and go 1.3 miles.  Turn right onto 100th Ave NE and go 1.4 miles.  Turn left onto Simonds Rd NE and go 1 mile.  The school will be on your right.

 

            FROM THE SOUTH:  I-5 north to 405 north.  Take the NE 124th St exit.  Turn left onto NE 124th St., go over the freeway, and continue for 1.3 miles.  Turn right onto 100th Ave NE and go 1.4 miles.  Turn left onto Simonds Rd NE and go 1 mile.  The school will be on your right.

 

ADMISSION:    Adults-$7.00 per session $15.00 per day

Children-$5.00 per session $10.00 per day (children 11 years and younger).

 

ENTRY FEE- $60.00 due at sectionals.  A late fee of $25.00 per gymnast will be charged if entry fees are not paid to the sectional host immediately following the sectional meet.  Checks are made out to NGC.

 

STATE TEE SHIRTS AND SWEATSHIRTS: We have contracted with Fine Designs, Inc. to handle all official Level 4 State tee shirts, sweatshirts and other apparel.  THERE IS NO NEED TO PRE-ORDER!  Fine Design will be at the state meet site and be available to customize all state attire especially for you!

 

HOST HOTEL:  Courtyard by Marriott-Kirkland.  We have blocked 50 rooms for April 24 and April 25 and 10 rooms for April 26, 2009.  These rooms will be held until Friday April 10, 2009.  Room rate is $89.00 for a single king and $99.00 for a double/double.  Call 1(800) 321-2211 or (425) 602-3200 for reservations.  The rooms are being held under LEVEL 4 WA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS.  Reserve early, the block will fill fast.  Please contact Courtyard by Marriott with all hotel questions.

 

MEET DAY/TIMES:   The meet will use the Gold/Silver/Bronze format.  Bronze will compete the first 2 sessions on Saturday.  The Silver will compete the third session on Saturday and the first session on Sunday (if numbers permit, both silver meets may be held on Saturday).  The Gold will compete the second and third sessions on Sunday.  Meet times will be emailed, faxed and/or sent to you on Friday April 17.  Please be sure to indicate all contact numbers on your competitor list.  If you do not indicate a fax or email address, all information will be sent to your gym address.  THERE IS NO REASON TO CALL BEFORE APRIL 17, TIMES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE! 

 

                                                    

 

Level 4 Washington State Gymnastics Championship Photography Information

 

McWhinney Photography will be taking photographs throughout the competition.  We will be printing 4x6 prints on site and selling them at a discounted price of $10.00. The photographs will also be posted to an online ordering system, so that you may view and order prints as well as other products online. Due to the size of this event, it will take at least two weeks to have all of the photographs posted to our website. To have your daughter’s photograph taken during the competition, you will need to register. The cost of registration is $30.00. This registration fee will be put towards your order. If you register at the event, you need to register at least 1/2 hour prior to your daughter’s time for warm-ups. You can also pre-register before the event and you will receive $10.00 off of your order.  If you are pre-registered prior to the event, I will send you a pay pal invoice so that you can have everything taken care of prior to the event. Dear Gym Owner\Operator,

 

Northshore Gymnastics Center is pleased to be hosting the 2009 Spring State Gymnastics Meet for Level 4. We hope to make this year’s competition an exciting and memorable time for all participants.

 

We would like to have every gym and gymnast represented in our 2009 Commemorative Program.   One way to make sure your team is included is to submit a team photo.  To help every team participate, we’ve dropped prices significantly. A half page space for your team photo can be purchased at a special price of $30 if reserved by Friday, April 10, 2009.  This represents a large savings! After April 10, regular pricing ($75 per half page) will apply.

 

We would like to offer the families of your team members an opportunity to congratulate and/or wish their gymnasts success at the meet in our 2009 Commemorative Program. A price list detailing the various options and guidelines is attached. We ask that you please distribute this information to parents at your earliest convenience, as the final deadline for all submissions is Friday, April 17, 2009.

 

Finally, if you have parents interested in advertising a business or service, we have attached a separate price sheet for this as well.

 

In addition to the programs, we will be offering flowers and specialty Jones Soda for sale. Fabulous raffle baskets will be available at each session, and a professional photographer has been contracted to provide excellent options for capturing the action. You can also expect a well stocked concession stand. We look forward to seeing you in April, and hope to find your team well represented both at the State Meet and in the Commemorative Program.

Commercial ads – for a business or service – may now be submitted to the Spring State Meet Commemorative Program.  Over 400 gymnasts and their families will be attending this meet, so it’s a great chance to advertise!

 

To submit your commercial ad, please follow these guidelines:

·        Convert color images to grayscale (they will not be printed in color)

The State Meet is an exciting and memorable time for gymnasts and their families. Celebrate this exciting time for your gymnast by congratulating her or wishing her luck in the special Commemorative Program!  Photos and congratulatory words are welcome.
